About Australian Weather
A practical Australian weather service built for everyday Aussies and farmers.
This site exists because the Bureau of Meteorology’s $96.5 million website redesign left a lot of Australians frustrated — particularly farmers and regional users who lost features they relied on.
What this site is
A free Australian weather service for everyday Aussies. The forecasts come from the same sources the professionals use; we just present them in a way that actually works.
The site is free to use today. We may introduce modest, unobtrusive advertising in future to help cover costs; if we do, it will be disclosed in the privacy policy and clearly visible on the page. No pop-ups, no auto-playing video, no interstitials.
What this site isn’t
We’re not competing with BOM. They employ meteorologists, run weather stations, and do the science that makes forecasting possible. That work matters.
This is just a simpler way to check the weather.
